Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/refund/store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange/refund/store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, please read 'Damages and Issues' below. 

To start a return/exchange/store credit, you can contact us at info@buttermilkaccessories.com. If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note the shipping cost plus an additional $4 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount once you make a return. This includes if your original purchase was eligible for free shipping.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, our brushes are treated as a final sale. We are unable to accept any returns. 

Damages and issues
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (after contacting us), and once the return is accepted, we will sort out the exchange. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or be provided store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Gift card policy
Electronic Gift Cards never expires. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with other Gift Cards, nor can they be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards will be emailed directly to the recipient within 24 hours, pending credit approval, and barring any technical difficulties. Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a Gift Card. This item is excluded from promotions and discounts.
